Human skull found in KC yard

From Christine Vendel: Kansas City police are working with a forensic anthropologist to find out more about a human skull that was found in a back yard Saturday night in the 3700 block of Myrtle Avenue.

A man checking on a relative’s property found the skull near a garage about 7:50 p.m. Saturday. It was unclear how long the skull had been in the yard. The man told police he had not been in the yard for four to six months.
