Sugar Creek will start using a "speeder camera" to issue tickets to traffic scofflaws, Brian Burnes reports. The device, which is portable, will go into operation within the next six weeks or so. There will be "a generous tolerance" so that drivers don't automatically get cited for going over the limit, though officials aren't saying *how* generous exactly.
