Man killed over stolen cellphone that hadn't been stolen, police say

A Minnesota man is accused of using an assault rifle to shoot and kill a guy who'd allegedly stolen his friend's cellphone. Only the cellphone hadn't been stolen, it had just gotten misplaced.
