Report: Fewer illegal immigrants arrested in Missouri

From AP:

The number of illegal immigrants arrested by Missouri troopers has fallen significantly since the Highway Patrol began checking people's residency three years ago.

The working theory is that fewer illegal immigrants have come to Missouri because of the economic downturn.
