There's been a change of plans for a national bike ride scheduled to stop in Kansas City today. Originally, the Surviving Parents Coalition was going to be at Liberty Memorial. The event has been moved to the Radisson Hotel, 11828 NW Plaza Circle, because of weather. Speakers will include Ed Smart, father of kidnapping victim Elizabeth Smart.
