A federal parole commission examiner recommended Wednesday that Ronald Del Raine, 70, should not be freed on parole.
Del Raine is serving a 199-year sentence in a federal prison in Colorado for the murders of two police officers during a robbery of the Northlake (Ill.) Bank on October 27, 1967.
