Volunteer finds bag full of pot floating in river

A volunteer helping clean-up the the Shawsheen River in Lawrence, Mass., on Monday pulled a trash bag containing about two pounds of marijuana from the river.

Police said it appeared to be low-grade, homegrown  marijuana that was still drying inside the garbage bag. Estimated street value: about $2,400.
