Brandy, you're a fine defense

A man from Jackson, Mo., had an unusual defense against a DUI charge, the Southeast Missourian reports. He testified that he wasn't drinking before he had a wreck and only got drunk after the crash, when he drank some brandy to keep warm. The jury found him not guilty.
