Gabe Watson is back in the United States and facing charges in the death of his wife, who drowned when they went scuba-diving on their honeymoon in Australia in 2003. Australian officials alleged that he turned off her oxygen and held her down until she died.
Watson ended up doing 18 months there, and he's now charged in Alabama, because authorities say the plan to kill Tina Watson was devised there.
