Evidence clears 'serial cat killer,' Fla. prosecutors say

Tyler Weinman, a 19-year-old who was accused of being a "serial cat killer" near Miami, is no longer facing charges after prosecutors consulted with scientists and determined that other animals had killed the cats, the AP reports. He was at one point linked to 19 cat mutilations.
