A 19-year-old from Columbia was arrested after he allegedly complained to police that two hookers cheated him. He reportedly paid them $60 so that one would flash him while the other performed oral sex on him, police told the Tribune. He did get to see some breasts, but they fled with his money before any oral sex happened, the report states.
He allegedly wanted the police to contact the women to get back at least $40 of his money, the Tribune reports.
