KCPD has released this surveillance video of the car theft from the other day on Van Brunt -- the one where the baby was still in the car and Mom and Dad chased down the bad guy. Police are still looking for the thief, who got away. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (474-8477).
