Claim: More jurors reluctant to send marijuana defendants to prison?

The Los Angeles Times writes about a Montana court that had trouble finding jurors who would be willing to imprison someone for selling marijuana. (It was a moot point: The defendant ended up taking a plea deal before the jury was seated.) But prosecutors say it's a sign that more people are taking marijuana-related crimes less seriously.
