Story is from Ohio. I would love to have heard the full explanation -- Did Ozzy break into his home and pour booze down his gullet? Was he hypnotized into getting blotto via subliminal messages on "Crazy Train"? -- but it doesn't sound like the gentleman was in any condition to go into details.
