Arizona legislators have passed a law limiting funeral protests after They Who Shall Not Be Named announced plans to picket the services for Christina Green, a 9-year-old girl killed in last weekend's Tucson shooting spree. The measure limits protests instead of banning them outright -- in theory, it should hold up in court.
