More details released about bomb found near MLK parade in Spokane

That story about a backpack bomb found along the route of Spokane's MLK Day parade is getting even more disturbing. Police say the backpack was packed with shrapnel and rat poison. (Theoretically, the rat poison would cause a victim to bleed out more quickly, though there is some dispute about the science.)
