The Missouri Supreme Court has sent the case of Encarnacion Romero, an illegal immigrant whose baby was adopted while she was jailed, back to a lower court. Romero argues that her parental rights were improperly terminated. Seth and Melinda Moser, a Carthage couple who adopted the boy, are fighting to keep him.
