More states considering concealed-carry on college campuses

About a dozen states are considering bills that would allow concealed weapons on college campuses, the New York Times reports. Texas has a good chance of passing that legislation, and to a lesser extent, so does Arizona, which is the focus of the Times' report. (As far as I know, Utah is still the only state where CCWs are allowed on campus.)
