Pittsburgh police are checking on a report that Kimutis ran up and down escalators that were off, drank a beer and got into a three-point football stance and yelled “hike” before charging the window.Police Lt. Daniel Herrmann said Kimutis was reportedly "a little out of it." Toxicology reports are pending.
