Guilty verdict in Olathe murder

From Joe Lambe:

Terry Hayes said he was going to kill his estranged wife a day before they argued and he shot her to death, but was the murder planned or done in sudden anger?

Johnson County jurors deliberated about two hours today before convicting him premeditated first-degree murder. They also found him guilty of aggravated assault for threatening his wife’s friend with a gun.
