A federal judge in Nashville says that authorities were wrong to handcuff a pregnant suspect to her hospital bed while she gave birth, the Tennessean reports. The judge has scheduled a hearing to see what kind of damages are owed the woman, who was arrested for careless driving and failure to have insurance.
