Kansas City police are investigating an early morning shooting that fatally wounded a man. Police responded to a call of a shooting about 1:50 a.m. in the 11200 block of Corrington Avenue.
Witnesses told police that three men were walking in the street when a white Ford Taurus pulled up and someone inside started shooting.
One man, believed to be about 20 years old, was hit. He was driven to a hospital by a private vehicle where he later died.
