Suspect Loughner not competent to stand trial for Tucson shooting spree

Jared Lee Loughner, the man charged in January's Tucson, Ariz., massacre, has been ruled incompetent to stand trial, at least for the next four months. The judge's ruling was based off examinations at a federal hospital in Springfield.
