Boulder police say they've arrested a man allegedly caught peeping on a woman in a portable toilet -- made especially notable by the man's reported hiding place, i.e. in the tank of the toilet.
The Camera has a jailhouse interview with the gentleman. Either this man is pulling the reporter's leg, or he is the most eccentric person who ever lived.
"I wanted to start a new goddess religion," he said. "I always wanted to be a pimp or create a church of porn or a church of tantric, someplace people could be spiritual but also instinctual," he said.
