North Carolina trooper accused of falsely arresting woman

It's a little more complicated than just that. The trooper is also accused of mistreating her and then orchestrating an unjustified traffic stop of her husband.

It started with the trooper stopping the woman for having a headlight out. Soon, she was being asked to perform a field sobriety test. When she refused (she was wearing an evening gown and high heels while standing on gravel), she was taken in for breathalyzer test, which registered a reading of 0.0.

The story doesn't end there.
