An East St. Louis man has been sentenced to life without parole after he tried to revive a dying man by stuffing frozen meat down the man's pants. The victim was overdosing at the defendant's crack house, prosecutors said. From the Post-Dispatch:
They said Doyle refused to allow witnesses to call for help when Ward overdosed. Instead, he tried to revive Ward by putting frozen meat in his pants and insisting that Ward was still alive and "just needed to sleep it off."
