Olathe police are investigating an aggravated-battery case reported this afternoon in the 1600 block of North Hunter Drive, where a 68-year-old victim was badly beaten. Police arrested a 24-year-old man, and they say he knew the victim. Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 913-971-7455 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
