Police were trying to determine what role a wounded man who showed up at a hospital Sunday night played in the city’s latest homicide. Police were called to a car wash at 4325 Prospect Ave. about 7:25 p.m. Sunday, where they found the body of Jose O. Jenkins, 36, of Kansas City.
