A 19-year-old is facing criminal charges in Jackson County after he allegedly used stolen credit cards this week. Best Part from Tony Rizzo's story:
After police on Thursday caught Justin M. Williams using credit cards taken in a robbery earlier in the day, he made an unusual suggestion, Jackson County prosecutors allege.
“I’m sorry,” he said, according to court documents. “Can’t I just pay the guy back?”
