Remember Annie Le? She was the 24-year-old grad student at the Yale School of Medicine who was strangled in September 2009 by a male lab technician where she performed experiments for her course work.
Her family is suing Yale University for allowing a "culture of tolerance" of aggressive male behavior toward women.
