An Ohio man is fighting a charge of "inducing panic" -- which landed him in a jail for a night -- after he brought a toy ax, made of rubber, into a bar, the AP reports. (With painted "blood," which made it extra panic-inducing.)
What do you think? I'm not sure that people need a CCW to carry a rubber ax under their coat, but I'm not sure it's really smart to bring that into a bar, either.
