It's been two years since six members of the Mohler family were accused of sexually assaulting younger relatives decades ago in Lafayette County.
The first trial is scheduled to start in early January. The AP and Don Bradley had good pieces over the weekend detailing the delays and costs associated with the trial.
There might be another spanner in the works: The judge won't prevent the defense from calling the prosecutor herself as a witness. The AP asks if that could lead to a special prosecutor being called.
