Dog poop caper leads to trial

The judge in Colorado found her not guilty.

Apparently they have a ranger to police such transgressions in the Aspen area. And he seems to take the job pretty seriously:

“We want people to have fun, we don't want to be draconian,” he said. “But we don't want people walking in a corridor of feces.”
