Take note

Ending the war
Comedian Steve Harvey, who has his own sitcom and morning-drive
radio show as well, can add the title "peacemaker" to his resume.
On Sunday's broadcast of "The Steve Harvey Show" (7:30 p.m. on
Channel 29 and WGN) rappers Snoop Doggy Dogg and Sean "Puffy"
Combs, who supposedly had been feuding, will bury the hatchet and
urge their fans to do the same. Their East Coast-West Coast rivalry
(Snoop is west, Puffy east) was thought to have been linked to
violence in some cities.
On Feb. 11, the three men held a press conference to dispel the
rumors. Then the rappers shook hands and Harvey struck a Clintonesque
pose between them. In the episode that appears Sunday, Snoop and
Puffy play themselves and are grilled by Harvey about their alleged
bad blood.
