Remote patrol

The PBS summer series "P.O.V." wraps at 10:30 tonight on Channel 19 with "She Shorts," three short films by female documentarians. Elizabeth Schub introduces us to a Cuban girl on the verge of womanhood; we see her celebrate her 15th anniversary or quincenanera. The two other segments are darker: Ellie Lee profiles the despair and violence in the lives of homeless women and Jane Wagner and Tina DiFeliciantonio accompany author Dorothy Allison (Bastard Out of Carolina) on a tour of her painful childhood.
