C-SPAN2 expands its coverage of literature and literary events to the entire weekend when "Book TV" launches today. Beginning with the author-interview hour "Booknotes," the junior channel from Washington has continued to add lectures and seminars featuring authors and journalists discussing their works and the practice of writing. Now Saturdays and Sundays will be devoted to book talk all day - provided the U.S. Senate doesn't call an emergency session. Also tonight, the season premiere of "Cops" at 7 on Channel 4.
