Remote patrol

So which sex comedy will it be at 8 p.m.? "Just Shoot Me" on Channel 41, with the vivacious Laura San Giacomo and the smarmy David Spade? Or "Spin City" on Channel 9, with Michael J. Fox and a supporting cast of about 20? "Spin City" certainly seems to be the more well-rounded; Richard Kind (above), who plays the mayor's press secretary, may have found the supporting role of his career, and Michael Boatman is delicious as the gay minority-affairs liaison. But "Just Shoot Me" is always worth a look, if for nothing else than a few minutes of Spade being Spade.
