Remote patrol

The second season of the moody PBS performance series, "Sessions at West 54th," premieres with new host David Byrne (above) at 11:30 tonight on Channel 19. Appearing tonight are Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Lucinda Williams and fun-loving honky tonkers The Mavericks. Each act gets a full 30 minutes on camera, performing and being interviewing by Byrne, the world-music buff and former Talking Heads lead man.
