" If you're a whodunit lover, a new five-part "Mystery! " cycle, "Touching Evil," begins at 8 tonight on Channel 19. Inspector Dave Creegan (Robson Green) plays by his own rules because, after all, he's on TV. He pursues a kidnapper whose psychic powers allow him to see the killings he's going to commit.
