Remote patrol

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer ("Top Gun," "Armageddon") has never done a made-for-TV movie before. But he brings his signature big-screen qualities - which include a tin ear for dialogue, a fetish for ear-splitting effects and a penchant for underdressed female leads - to ABC with the space-shuttle thriller "Max Q," at 8 tonight on Channel 9. If nothing else, tune in at 9:45 for the hilariously absurd climax, in which scores of average Americans have their lives endangered so that four pampered astronauts may live.
