Anyone who has seen "The Real World" in its previous incarnations knows what to expect when the new season begins at 9 tonight on MTV. They'll see a stewpot of newly chosen young adults living in a high-tech paradise on some sugar daddy's expense account. The only thing they have to do is talk to the camera as if it were their analyst and live blind-date style with a half-dozen others. That trade-off will seem especially palatable this season as "The Real World" originates from a coast-hugging Hawaiian beach house. But there's trouble even here: A cast member who likes to binge-drink, hinting at a deeper problem. Another with eating issues. And a minister's kid who's seriously feeling his wild oats. MTV promises a romance between two of the seven strangers. And, we're told, in later episodes the cast members will all get into the entertainment business together. As if they hadn't already.
