Remote patrol

If it weren't so cruel, this would make a good joke for the writers of "Dilbert": Their show - the Scott Adams comic strip in animated form - is the least-watched program on television. As such, "Dilbert," airing 7:30 tonight on Channel 29, is a candidate to join the WB's "Mission Hill" as the second prime-time cartoon to be pulled off the TV schedule this season. ("Mission Hill" is returning in the spring.) "Dilbert's" lead-in is doing a little better, which is unsettling news because it's "Shasta McNasty. " That "comedy" is so vile and misogynist it can only be compared with a slasher flick. On last week's episode, star Jake Busey wore a T-shirt with a sexually explicit message on it, which UPN's censors had to fuzz out on screen. Shouldn't someone have taken care of that before the cameras rolled?
