It's the last night of the fall Nielsen ratings period, and the Big Four networks are showing all the restraint of shoppers on the day before Christmas. Fox is claiming three hours of prime time (instead of its usual two) for box-office MVP "Jerry Maguire" (7, Channel 4). Over on ABC, Mimi (Kathy Kinney) is getting hitched on the third heavily promoted "Drew Carey Show" in four weeks (8, Channel 9). NBC is countering with yet another Garth Brooks special (8, Channel 41). Jason Alexander puts on a toupee and does a none-too-convincing impression of Captain Kirk on "Ultimate Trek" (7, Channel 29). There's even a mini-battle between cable's top two networks, as USA pits Harrison Ford in "Regarding Henry" (8 p.m.) against Patrick Swayze in "Dirty Dancing" at 7 on TNT. >>>
