Remote patrol

KSHB will once again carry the Kansas City St. Patrick's Day Parade beginning at noon on Channel 41. Also the History Channel is setting aside its fascination with German oppressors to replay themed specials about the once sorely oppressed Irish. Among the programs is a serviceable history of "The Irish in America," narrated by Aidan Quinn, at 5 tonight, followed by a "History of St. Patrick's Day" at 7 . Ending the day, you can always catch late night's favorite Irish-American performer on NBC's "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" (11:35, Channel 41); Conan is also featured on "Space Ghost Coast to Coast" (10, Cartoon Network). @ART CAPTION:O'Brien @ART:Photo >>>
