Remote patrol

It's too bad international terrorist Carlos "the Jackal" chose a life of crime - he had all the qualifications to be a member of the International Olympic Committee. He was accountable to no one; pocketed millions of dollars that weren't his to pocket; and was a world-class aggrandizer, taking loads of credit for the achievements of others. At 7 tonight the History Channel looks back at the elusive Carlos, who was finally captured in 1994. Also tonight, two more episodes of "Twitch City," that goofy satire about the absurdities of television, air at 9 p.m. on Bravo. "Twitch City" is that rarest of rarities: a Canadian TV show exported to the U.S., instead of the other way around. @ART CAPTION:Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, aka Carlos "the Jackal,"in his 1982 FBI most wanted mug. @ART:Photo >>>
