"Candice Checks It Out" (8:30 p.m. Sunday, Oxygen, Channel 73, Time Warner Cable). Candice Bergen drops in on thrill-seeking women in this edition of a slick new show, her second for the Oxygen channel. And she indeed checks it out, joining a brash street luger on a high-speed ride I wouldn't dare try. I haven't seen Candice this unhinged since her guest-host days on the original "Saturday Night Live." "30 Seconds to Fame" (7 p.m. Wednesday, Fox 4). I love this little mixed-nuts talent show with a new act every half minute. You get the screaming aria without the buildup, and the two jokes that kill without the 20 that don't. Besides, how long do you need to watch a woman on stilts jumping rope?
