Take note

Center grad has full 'Access' Clay Smith, a graduate of Center High School and the University of Missouri-Kansas City, recently was promoted to the No. 2 producer's position at "Access Hollywood." Smith has been at the NBC-produced entertainment show since 1997; before that he worked for 14 years at "Entertainment Tonight."
