Just ignore them. They won't go away, but you'll feel better.
Oh, and parents: Know what your kids are watching, and talk with them about it.

Ignoring them is the best advice. I know that they mean well, from their perspective, but it's up to them to control what their children watch. It's not up to them to determine what I can watch. If I really wanted to have religious watchdogs dictate how I live my life, I'd invite the Taliban over.
Besides, these people need to look at the crime statistics at the DOJ's website. All violent crimes are down by 50% and more from what they were in the 70's. What problem are these groups trying to fix?
