So have you been following the dust-up between Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia -- who improbably rates his second TV Barn mention in as many days -- and the Boston Herald?

Apparently he really did flip off a member of the media. At least that's the conclusion of a Boston University journalism professor .... and the guy who plays Vito on "The Sopranos."

No wonder Scalia runs from cameras.
