Bush signs PBS-killing law

There is no other way to describe the bill that the President signed today than hostile to public broadcasting. Beginning today, a station can be fined 50 percent of its annual budget -- which $325,000 would be for most small to medium-sized pubTV stations -- for a single complaint.
